Project Description
Held annually by the City of Santa Monica at historic Woodlawn Cemetery, this public community event honors veterans and loved ones lost, with tributes from local officials and cultural performances. The event includes ceremonial wreath-laying, military presence, and community gathering, and is supported by various city departments and veteran organizations.

Services
Event planning and logistics coordination, stage and equipment rental, audio/visual production, run-of-show development, liaising with city officials and speakers, talent booking (cultural groups, speakers, military presenters), risk management assessment, layout planning, on-site direction, and event signage coordination. Services rendered while employed with the City of Santa Monica planned annual from 2006-2019.

Project Description
Hosted by City of Santa Monica Woodlawn Cemetery, Mausoleum & Mortuary, this public cultural event pays tribute to life and heritage while celebrating the memories of loved ones who have passed. With vibrant altars, Catrina characters, a children’s craft zone, live music, and an artisan mercado, the event is attended by hundreds of families and supported by local officials and community leaders.
